Are you able to ship orders outside Australia?

  • We do ship certain products outside Australia. Please¬†email¬†us with your product details and we will advise shipping costs.
  • Due to the fragile nature of some of the products we stock, certain items such as Reed Diffusers are not able to shipped overseas.

What happens after I have placed my order?

  • Once you¬†have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
  • Once processed and your order and¬†payment has cleared in our account, your order will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.
  • In the unlikely event that an item of stock is temporarily unavailable, you will be¬†notified accordingly.
  • You will receive another email advising when your order has been dispatched.

For local orders in Adelaide we offer a flat rate of shipping via our courier.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?

  • We deliver¬†parcels¬†by¬†Australia Post (trackable parcel) or by courier depending on¬†delivery destination.

  • Please be sure to fill out the¬†'Add a note to your order'¬†area of the address details at checkout¬†if you know you are unlikely to be home & need the parcel to be left somewhere.
  • If you want the parcel left at the door, please specify this on your order.
  • We do not take responsibility if the buyer does not give explicit instructions at the time of order.
  • If you are not home and have not given us instructions¬†to put on your address label, Australia Post will leave a notification card for you to collect your parcel at your local post office.¬†
