Traditional Tibetan Incense handmade in the monasteries of Nepal. The preparation of Zimpua (ritual incense) is one of the traditional arts of Tibet. This incense is comprised of 35 different spices and aromatic substances of which nagi, saffron, red and white sandalwood, form a part. The excellence of Zimpua howere is not merely attributed to its ingredients, rather to the manner of its formulation.
It is prepared with great care and in accordance with the traditions preserved through the centuries in the monastic orders of Tibet.
