For all orders within Australia, Carpe Diem with Remi includes 10% sales tax (GST) on all online orders.
Are you able to ship orders outside Australia?
We do ship certain products outside Australia. Pleaseemailus with your product details and we will advise shipping costs.
Due to the fragile nature of some of the products we stock, certain items such as Reed Diffusers are not able to shipped overseas.
What happens after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
Once processed and your order and payment has cleared in our account, your order will be dispatched within one business day.
In the unlikely event that an item of stock is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified accordingly.
You will receive another email advising when your order has been dispatched.
How are items delivered to me?
We use Australia Post (trackable parcel) for all deliveries and ship Australia wide and also offer International shipping.

For local orders in Adelaide we offer a flate rate of shipping via our courier.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?
We deliver parcels by Australia Post (trackable parcel) or by courier depending on your location.
Please be sure to fill out the'Add a note to your order'area of the address details at checkout if you know you are unlikely to be home & need the parcel to be left somewhere.
If you want the parcel left at the door, please specify this on your order.
We do not take responsibility if the buyer does not give explicit instructions at the time of order.
