Each blend is specially created to heal different aspects of nature and assist you in finding wholeness.
The smudge stick may be used in two ways. Simply light the stick, circulate it around your body, and your surroundings, allowing the pungent smoke to cleanse and bring in the healing energy of the plant.
Secondly, you may use your stick without lighting it. Hold during meditation as you would a crystal, or leave in an area so the qualities may infuse your environment constantly.
As smudge sticks absorb moisture easily, keep them wrapped in cloth or in an airtight place when not in use. If the stick gets moist, dry in the sun.
Light your stick over a candle and wait for it to fully ignite before blowing it out so that it may smoulder and do its work.
If you don't use the whole stick. place it head down in a bowl of sand, to extinguish and to be ready to use again.
